Since they have been bought out by YouFeng, I don't know. There were 300 million that were put away I believe for voting. Then there were 100 million and 60 million or so that Generex had out of that, I am getting lost now. 
I know that we all were given a percentage a few years ago and those who were long Generex stock holder have been given shares over time, so no idea how many shares in total.
The major questions are when is NuGenerex going to put in the proper documentation with the SEC, when are they going to then going to go on to an Exchange, when are they going to open up shares?
Finally, when are they going to update their website? They don't even have their management team up there, when we know they have a management team. This harkens back to the Generex website. They have a lack of any type of urgency or even professionalism as a company it seems.
If they want to be taken seriously, create a company website that looks official and can be taken seriously, not sits there for weeks and months that looks like it was done by someone in a basement that goes to school and does it part time.
