Patiently watching for April blast off

Hello Treaty longs. I've kept an eye on Treaty of course but have not invested a lot of time on the day to day or even week to week operations as my focus is more on the quarter to quarter for this company. However, as we come to the close of the 1st quarter it looks like the firm is edging closer towards important milestones.

Of course I would have liked to have seen the bpd projections mentioned during the conference call nailed by Friday, but honestly I'd be happy if they can hit those any time in the 2nd quarter.

One thing that I wanted to point out as significant on the chart formation is the cyclicality that is currently underway. I wrote at length back in January 2012 about how the timing of the move to the upside coincided with a move in January of 2009 to the very week. It moved in the same week to just about the same price of the earlier move, even though the companies were fundamentally different.

In the chart below you can see that TECO is moving into a window of time which is coincidental with the April 2011 price and chart formation. Back then the price was range bound and consolidating between 2 cents and roughly under 1 cent from August until April, essentially taking 9 months before a breakout on the 21st.

This time around the stock was in a steady decline from mid July 2012 and has been settling in in the penny area. Most notable, was the fact that it held a penny on a weekly closing basis throughout that entire period.

Now, we have a bottoming candle from March 11th on the cusp of some very material fundamental developments. If pattern plays out as expected we have likely put in a low and should watch for a sharp move back up in the next month or so most likely on the back of good news out of W. Texas.

With the updates I have seen from Bull and Treaty, I am liking these odds. I hope everyone is well. I am running two other businesses at the moment which take the vast majority of my time, but even as I continue to invest in them I'm continuing to grab shares of Treaty at these rock bottom prices.

Here's to a good 2nd quarter guys!!!
