Canadian LAW becomes VERY INTERESTING
when one considers the secondary "new hire" mentioned in this release from JBI:

"The Company is also pleased to welcome Steve Bacon who has joined JBI as General Counsel. Most recently, Mr. Bacon was a partner at Hill Farrer (Los Angeles, CA) where he specialized in class action defense, business and complex litigation and unfair competition and trade secrets. With over 30 years of experience, the Company anticipates that Mr. Bacon will assist in significantly reducing its third party legal expenses."
There was also a link in Hubville (now deleted?) that mentioned an attorney (? or professional) working with JBI who specialized in reputation damage REPAIR and ACCOUNTABILITY (of the defamers).
IMO there are FUDsters (of three types) attacking JBI... shorters, P2O (& alternative energy competitors) threatened by JBI's technological superiority, and a miscellaneous group that includes those with personal issues with JBordynuik.
