He wrote the budget and man did CytoDyn need a budget.
Strapped for cash, it managed with what little it had and much of that was due to Migliarese's budget.
He got us through those hard times, which we are still in to some, but not to the degree we were just about two years ago. We are here today largely because of the efforts he arranged in the budget.
