If you look at their portfolio, there are a number of Chinese companies on the list so they probably are aware how Live Shoppable Streaming has taken off over there.
If you look at page 2 of the list you'll see Verb. Some might remember they've invested before. I think if Streeterville was only looking for a 10% return (dividend) on their investment, they could find that in thousands of places with their $3M.
A number of Verb investors may remember Inpixon that did a side invest/bet with that paid nicely with a spinout. Seems like Streeterville knows what they are doing.
A few questions...
Why are they so confident with their $3M bet?
Will the stock pop like Canaan Inc?
Will that confidence attract other institutions?
