I may own stock in NGIO, and I am entitled to more

I may own stock in NGIO, and I am entitled to more than 60k shares of that stock, but as a non-US investor I never received those shares into my account. I truly hope that this will change / be corrected should these shares ever receive a value due to NGIO will be turned into a publicly traded company.
