Technically, Youfeng (Chinese) paid a lot more than $10k. They also waived the $55.1M claim against the Debtors Estate (GNBT). There still seems to be some continued investigation by the Trustee, but IMHO GNBT shareholders are done, wiped out, and receive nothing.
The real question at this point is, what will happen to our dividend shares (NGIO/NUGX)?
