"As such, we believe our long-term investors may have an opportunity to generate returns that are not reflected in the share price alone."
Where we stand today, what "opportunity" is there "not reflected in share price?"
As a Long term investor, if you had stayed static, done nothing and just rode out the share price decline and the RS's, your share count is low and your average cost per share is probably very high. So, it would probably take a very high pps in the 100's to "have an opportunity to generate" a positive return.
The only way I can see "long-term investors" to generate a Positive return is that you have to buy a ton of shares down here at this pps of .16+ in order to lower your average cost. Then hope that VERB pps does rise above your new lower average cost.
Is there another way that I don't see?????
