UNVC: Four more trading days left in this year, what will happen if in the 4 days left an investor who has several millions of shares mostly bought in the $0.000s decides they are going out before the SEC shuts it down or no one wants any of the Golden shares!! It could happen easily!!
According to the SEC website it can take up to 2 years or longer before they take actions. The longest complaint I know of is 14 months old, could be some longer.
Dalton doesn't have anything of substance, it's always been something he thinks could happen, or something he can vaguely tell shareholders that will keep them happy or believing, or some other company does something, then he jumps on board like he/UNVC are going to do it better but never happens, plain and simple!!
Look at the share price $0.003 was the last trade Friday, an average trade!!,
Dalton told them he had them covered (FLIPPERS) not one thing wrong with buying and selling something for a profit, but the way it was done is totally wrong, where are they now since back in October with the pumping!!!
Look how David has changed in his posting on LinkedIn, Twitter, they all are worried, and IMO should be.
They claim this board has been bashing, totally wrong it isn't bashing when its FACTS!! Why hasn't any of the FACTS from this board been disputed???
Not one word of truth in this!! it is so Ridiculous.

Univec Inc isn't a legitimate company and David L. Dalton doesn't deserve the title of CEO. No CEO of a legit company would carry on in the manner he does, if he has nothing to hide then why want he let investors go through all corporate records??
Been 3 try's and he will not answer/respond back, but he will when the subpoena is served.
Why didn't he get SEC complaint when he had to get current in the OTC??? no excuse for not doing so if UNVC is Legit.
All this has been is a share selling out-fit nothing more.
