Short Summary - December 22.
A less than ideal day for $SFLM with one or possibly two people deciding to trade at .0004 both on the bid and the ask when people failed to hit the .0006s after the .0005 ask was taken out.
The sequence of events was:
- Opened with 16.3M left at .0006 - down 5M from the close yesterday and down 10M from the peak yesterday.
- Scammer walked 3M down to .0005 - bought out.
- 10K holdback attempt at .0005 - folded after 2M bought.
- 9M bought on the bid at .0005.
- 94M bought at .0004 on the bid.
- Further buys of 12M + 1M at .0004 on the ask.
- 170M bid at .0003 - no significant fills - just 2 x shorted paint downs at .00035 for 45,000 and 35,000 and a subsequent 1.885M fill.
- A peak of only 37.7M on the ask at .0005 upon uptick - despite around 130M being bought at .0004 - so the majority being kept for trading much higher in 2024.
- Closed 28.4M .0004 x 36.9M .0005 after some .0005s bought.
- Peak bid at .0003 was 170M - with 31.7M above it after reversal up of which 28.4M was maintained through to the close.
Overall, 145M was traded.
Traders need to note that every 1M sold at .0005 instead of .01 is throwing away $9.5K in profit and throwing away $19.5K at .02!
The share structure was updated on December 12 - after no change for 405 days, an insignificant 112M was added to the Unrestricted Outstanding Shares. For context, 208M shares were traded in the period between the previous update on November 27 and December 12 - 185% of the increase. Some OTC tickers are adding 5 Billion on each update - which is why $SFLM is still very "thin" by comparison.

There are now only 4 more trading days left in 2023 to get through during which impatient people who haven't bought any in the last 30 days might sell for a tax loss (the loss won't count if they bought within the last 30 days) and they would be foolish to do that as they then couldn't buy back within 30 days without losing the loss.
