No doubt many of us would love to see full recreational legalization of marijuana at the federal level, regulated the same as alcohol, but that's not the actual near term goal. Congress is actually very close to changing the current classification of marijuana from that of a schedule 1 drug (Schedule I drugs, substances, or chemicals are defined as drugs with no currently accepted medical use and a high potential for abuse. Some examples of Schedule I drugs are: heroin, lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), marijuana (cannabis), 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (ecstasy), methaqualone, and peyote.) to another classification like schedule 3 that makes it much less difficult for those trying to do the clinical testing required to officially prove what we already know, which is that marijuana is already accepted and prescribed far and wide for medical use. Lobbying by big pharmaceutical companies has been the primary factor in keeping such a ridiculous classification pinned to marijuana while readily permitting alcoholic beverages, but the money is piling up rapidly in the opposing camp which is intent on proving that there are definitely medicinal benefits, and that marijuana consumption in moderation is no more dangerous than alcohol consumed in moderation. All intoxicating substances can and will be abused by some, but in my lifetime I've seen many times over how alcohol is actually is far more dangerous when abused as it can easily lead to fatal alcohol poisoning if medical intervention doesn't come in time. There probably have been deaths indirectly linked to excessive marijuana consumption by people with pre-existing cardiovascular disease resulting in heart attack or stroke, but I firmly believe that after the appropriate research is fast tracked by rescheduling, marijuana will prove to be no more dangerous and the CBD research that is fast tracked along side MJ will convince congress that it's time to force the FDA to treat CBD like all other nutritional supplements and THAT is what will prove to be a HUGE benefit to companies like RMHB. We don't have to see full blown recreational legalization at the federal level, just a rescheduling that makes clinical trials of hemp, hemp-derived CBD, and marijuana much less expensive, time consuming and risky. I believe we are very close to seeing that. I certainly don't disagree with you about all issues effecting share price, but it's way too early to up list to a major exchange without being profitable, and the share structure will only be improved by major revenue growth (or reverse split which is no help to us early investors). All I can do is wait and see, but I know they're trying very hard to make it happen. Yes, Merry XMAS and Happy Holidays to everyone!
