He did, though, sound rather optimistic about it, iirc something like "after helping with the search we realized that I was the most appropriate person", or words to that effect...he seems like he's willing to consider it for the long term although his other ongoing commitments aren't disappearing...it sounded exactly the right note for me: realistic about his prior responsibilities, but still mindful of what a groundbreaking, disruptive, probably once-in-a-lifetime thing CYDY is.
