A nice gal at work strangely started a conversation about penny stocks. Asked for some candid advice. Laughed and said buy OTC tickers with money you'll expect to lose. If you happen to hit one, it's luck. Here's a listing for entertainment:

Low OS. TA Verified, 12/15/2023. 950m AS; 534m OS; 364m UR. Very slow diluter. Watch S/S. About 1m dilute per month. Very rare ticker, was suspended lost MM 211 status. Regained all that throught the last 2 years. SEC Filer. CE Removal only a few can accomplish. Watch for Pump in 2024. Sell half at double .0031 and keep the rest for a home run winning. Watch dilution. This will continue to dilute, but buy on the lows; sell on the ups. Good Flipper ticker. Has assets. Needs a good pump team on Social Media.

Never got FINRA to process RS (reverse split) per DEFC since back in 2022. They are stuck with it at .0001; This will always be a PnD from .0001. Just gave us 100% return in less than a month. Sell half at double (.0002) and keep the rest for a higher hit. Expect to do this at least 2x per year. buy it at .0001 and wait for the pump. $50,000 traded on the last pump (100% increase)

Why?
EEGI SEC Filer delinquent on filings fell to Expert Market. Buy .0001 end of year sellers, they can bring it back current in 2024 to .0006, that's a 500% increase. Can exist 12 months before SEC pursues revocation proceedings.
GZIC .0001
Why?
GZIC purposfully chose to withdraw their SEC registration on 10/16/2023. Form 15 is effective within 90 days, so they become Alternate Reporting in January. That means, they cannot face revocation proceedings and can exist to trade almost forever. The share structure is very low: AS: 3B; OS: 5m; US 480m.
NV SoS. If current management abandoned this, new custodian will scoop this up.
Remember, these are patient plays. Take profit when the pump comes.
