$BLFR's 18 million share cancellation of its common stock is currently in process to initiate its next step to proceed with the cancellation. Based on recent communication and remaining steps required, management is confident that the shares will be cancelled within Q1 2024.

$BLFR's Series B Preferred Stock cancellation has been in process since December 8, 2023. Management has been waiting for the 6 Series B Preferred Stock shareholders to mail their delivered Letter of Instruction to the Transfer Agent signed and Medallion Stamped to then have the shares cancelled. Once BLFR has no Series B Preferred Stock issued and outstanding, management will be able to amend its Articles Incorporated to remove that class of Preferred stock.
