If Nader had not prematurely announced a Philippines deal before the contract was signed, the FDA would not have known that they would have to rush out a hatchet-job unsigned letter to destroy that deal. Had the deal been signed without the FDA’s interference, not only would CYDY have had much more income, but other countries might have followed suit and made deals. Also, CYDY would have had data to prove efficacy, from the people who would have been treated in the Philippines.
