UNVC: Sorry a little long!! We know Dalton could care less about the shareholders; he's proven it on numerous occasions. The share structure hasn't been updated since the 6th of Dec. All the other tickers I watch are updated daily.
He is in my opinion, going to raise the AS another Billion shares, he's done it before which he got 1.1 billion for what he claims was a $11,000.00 debt owed him for Accrued employees' benefits deducted on January 3, 2016, from the company. It's how he is supplementing his retirement!! SELLING SHARES
Now he still claims to be owed so much salary, plus his buddy Richard Blickstein the Accountant the total is $12,452,470 according to the latest filings.
Past 9 months Payroll liability 855,221
The Company had cash in the amount of $ 0 and $ 0 as of September 30, 2023, and December 31, 2022, respectively.
Revenues generated during the three- months
and nine months ended September 30, 2023, 3-months $ 4,320, 9-months $16,172
GROSS PROFIT 288 for the 3 months ending 9/30/2023 on $4,320 business! WOW
Net Income (Loss) $ (2,133,460) for 9 months!! 2023
Now what accountant worth a grain of salt would sit and be owed the type money reported in the filings without he's getting something in return. Where's it going to come from???
The filings are very shady full of deception, unscrupulousness, and he can get away with it in the OTC Pink!! Which is why he never intends to try and up-list anywhere, (UNVC couldn't even qualify to move up a Trie on the OTC) let alone the Nasdaq!

Shares issued for services 2,917,110 in 2022 with no type of explanation who got them or the reason why!!! Was it Securities Counsel, Patrick Ryan Morris, was Accountant Richard Blickstein, or was it more for Dalton???
Dalton uses the accountants home address on his fake HRI PBM Company?? speaks volumes!!
Please someone explain how this could even be characterized as a legitimate business???
Dalton has done this for over 5 years!! but notice how it has stopped since the SEC complaint filings!!
States, suggests, or alludes to upcoming associations with other companies / partners, Posting things that could possibly be linked to Univec but not so overtly that it needs to be refuted by the ‘other’ party - Rite aid / Apple / Amazon / Ken Frazier / Kizmet / Dream Exchange etc.
He has used his past success at Riteaid and various affiliations / associations with bona fide companies / charities / people to provide some level of respectability and authority - in the hope that potential partners and would be shareholders will never question his credibility.
