There is a lawsuit now about some company that disclosed their proprietary information to a Big Pharma, which did not make a partnership deal with them but instead created their own very similar drug. Anyone remember the specifics on that? I read about it a couple of weeks ago and don't remember what the companies are.
We've had the rug pulled out too many times, often because of Nader's big mouth. (Philippines disaster should be a lesson in business school about not disclosing information until the ink has dried on the contract.) It would not surprise me if we sit here in a trading range for a long time, because that's how the daytraders and hedge funds make money -- you know, trading. Pump and dump, profit on the way up and short so you profit on the way down.
