The new hold is just a procedural thing that ultimately doesn’t affect Cytodyn at all because the fda isn’t going to let any company run a trial they haven’t approved and Cytodyn isn’t going to initiate this trial until they have approval. So call it a hold, or lockdown, or anything you want, but Dr Jay said that the hold is lifted when they see the protocol adjustments are done correctly. Nothing else is or was going to happen during the next two months anyway besides finalizing the protocol and resubmitting for approval to start it. So the hold is not disruptive outside of us investors wishing the language was different so that shirts and traders didn’t have any angles to work from.
