I just took a look at the 8-K. A safety hold was lifted and replaced by a "full hold". That full hold is in relation to protocol design. Why would the FDA call it a hold when it's simply an approval for a protocol. I've never seen the FDA use the term "hold" for a protocol approval process.
It sure would be interesting to see if the ominous term "hold" had any relationship to FDA personnel's family members buying up Cytodyn stock.
