You are correct Junebug.  However, their last press release did not specifically mention Brazil, and the press release prior to that one mentioned additional business opportunities, and even stated a development in the Caribbean.  So it was not entirely clear to me that HIMR would be doing something in Brazil first.  Perhaps that is just my misunderstanding.
