Since LL is so safe - and since it has such great potential to stop/limit the progression of so many diseases - could we get to a point in the next few years where we initiate a study to give a weekly LL dose to thousands of people for 3 - 5 years, then compare their health with a control group that mirrors the test cohort's age/risk factors?
An expensive study, no doubt, but if significantly less people in the LL arm get cancer/Alzheimers/Mash at the end of 3 - 5 years, could this not be an Earth-shaking drug?
Imagine all the suffering and death it could alleviate -
and imagine how hard BP and the FDA would try to stop it.
