Short Summary - December 11.
A less than ideal day for $SFLM.
Open with 24.7M left .0006 x 53.8M .0005.
A number of small holders decided to trade at .0005 both on the bid and ask - 45M bought in 34 small transactions.
The bid at .0004 peaked at 127M before some was used to buy at .0005 and some cancelled as it had no chance of filling.
Only 20,000 could be bought at .0004 from a paint down attempt.
There was no net increase at .0006 - so 45M bought at .0005 being kept for trading much higher later.
Overall, 45.8M traded.
Closed 119M .0004 x 6M left at walked down ask of .0006.
Traders need to note that every 1M sold at .0005 instead of .01 is throwing away $9.5K in profit and throwing away $19.5K at .02!
The share structure was updated on November 27 - again with no change.
There has now been no change to the Unrestricted O/S in 405 days - thereby showing that there has been no conversion of the shares owned by the CEO of Deep Power, Inc which - IMO - he will either keep to trade much higher once the $SFLM deals are done or $SFLM will buy the debt back before interest is due in June 2024.
