Excellent post, very interesting. Clearly Dana Farber will be using relative quantification to compare p21 expression with and without kevetrin. I think folks can easily lose sight here that this really is cutting edge research. Also, not sure if you watched part 2 , but it ironically talked about the p53 gene, i still am trying to wrap my head around what dana farber expects to be the crossover threshold for kevetrin to increase p21 expression. They have to have an idea of what to expect, especially given leos comment about how surprised he was to see them testing so early. Thanks a bunch this was very good DD for me!
