So the same institution buying at .18 still loves it at .38 is $2,660,000 is a drop in the bucket for someone who is building a base. Someone knows something and is betting on maybe the hold being lifted or something else. Maybe it's BP building a base so they won't have to pay a higher price.
I remember about seven years ago a Biotec similar to ours was at about a dollar on Friday, news was announced and it hit 68.00 on Monday, Tuesday closed at 23. Can't remember the Company but we are up 33% today on no news.
