Thursday, Dec. 7 - 8-k has now been properly formatted. We were informed this morning by the S.E.C. Edgar Filer Support team that HHSE must send a notarized authorization form to allow for third party access to make our Edgar filings. This notarization and authorization has been completed and uploaded to Edgar... so at any moment now, the company will commence making S.E.C. filings (via our third party services provider), so that we can complete the various corporate goals and projects.
