Now apply that logic across all kinds of other regulatory entities and government agencies. If we can be held back by real housewives analogies by people in power, imagine all the other weirdos and incompetents with an axe to grind. We complain about the fda regulators that don't know what we know then turn around and we believe and cheer on the EPA DOJ FCC FBI CIA thinking they have our best interests at heart when really they could very well be idiots or people with political agendas to force on everyone. Just think of the multitude of other agencies and regulators that function just like the fda or worse.

We are ruled by idiots and we forget that the FDA isn't the only agency that acts this way.

Dr Jay is going to have to walk a line to not make powerful people look stupid or vengeful and find a way for everyone to save face. His task is not easy.
