Here's comes the attempted takedown for those stops.  Tiny trades, without the buying pressure it's easy for the shorts to do.  Nothing but manipulation, as usual.  My best guess is that it will be short-lived.  It's their last chance before the K is out to really shake out the weak hands!  IMO
