Hmmm I'm not sure about Cyrus "throwing in the towel" as the correct characterization..are we sure that it's not that he hung on by the skin of his teeth so he could do the right thing, get the paperwork submitted, before he could relax? He has been seriously sick, as we all know...? He still stands to profit from cytodyn's success, and did what he was supposed to before passing the baton? maybe?
