Question for Seel, our resident science guru.. (or anyone that thinks they can take a stab at it)
Just how "sensitive" is this biomarker test? I am trying to better understand exactly down to how small of a reading it would be able to register. We've heard before these tests are expensive, intricate, and complicated. Which would lead one to believe they are extremely detailed at the molecular level. So just how "good" is it, how "soft" of an increase vs baseline P21 could it theoretically detect? Not sure if there are really concrete answers here, just trying to expand my understanding of QPCR biomarker testing...thanks in advance Seel!
