Dr. JL is the perfect person to do what we need, which is to get a few of the BP yahoo's fighting over the molecule because he knows what it can do! So when the Jeff Murray's of the world say we should stick with the tried and true Gilead and remdesivir (or whatever) he is no longer in the passive position. He can just say, "tell the people at Gilead that Merck might end up with a winner in LL."
After watching John Oliver on how the very same McKinsay consultants were working with Perdue Pharma and the FDA - AT THE SAME TIME, I thought, no wonder we had an opioid crisis.
The more I read about this entire system, the more I realize how much it ONLY cares about money. As long as you keep buying their drugs, they don't care if they work. Sorry, I'm congested, ending this post, I'm going out to get some Sudafed.
