Key Points - USCIS EB-5 Immigrant Investment Program

$PSRU will be using the EB-5 Program to raise around $50M initially and - if it gets approved as a Regional Center - will also be able to set up further schemes for additional acquisitions and projects itself.

The Federal run EB-5 Program has been hugely successful in attracting foreign investors with a guaranteed path to US Citizenship in return for creating 10 x US jobs.

There are 10,000 visa slots a year.

The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 signed on March 10, 2022 resurrected the EB-5 Regional Center Program - in limbo since June 30, 2021 - until September 30, 2027 with a minimum standard investment of $1.050M or $800K in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA).

$PSRU has given significant returns regularly since 2020 - as shown above - for those that maintain an inventory of shares at a variety of price points - to trade continuously on every run opportunity each year - whilst maintaining a core amount for bigger moves on longer term major developments.
