He told me in our last conversation that he had been away from his family for over two months and was totally exhausted trying to finish And re-file with the FDA. I have no way of knowing but I believe he finished his submission before he left. It was supposed to be filed Wednesday the {Oct}18th and I guess more work had to be done. I truly believe it is filed, and we will have to see what happens from here.
