Given what we know now, I would be inclined to agree.
I thought that covid brought a unique opportunity & still believe that LL should have been at the forefront of the battle to save lives.
But how were we to know of what was going on with the HIV BLA?
Present day - if I were to question the ethics of the FDA, my question would be- " why did you stand by & wait 'til Mom's & Pop's invested their life's-savings before you felt compelled to do your duty?"
IMHO, if they were so aware of our short-comings that they would not put us in play during a "PANDEMIC" & chose not to share (for whatever reason), SA should be making inquiries.
