IMHO, the next communication must be the lifting of the phantom clinical hold, not so much as a catalyst, but as a signal- back in business.
No need for a CEO now.
Even after hold is lifted (a good thing) hiring a CEO who would be just as "in the dark" as us where lawsuits are concerned would be a waste of the shares we just voted. We can & will go forward minus a CEO & fanfare as true longs.
But Amarex is still the elephant in the room. Anything prior is mostly " a flipper's narrative".
