47M bidders at .0007 + the remainder at .0006 did get left behind - only 3-4 other people got the .0008s by being decisive & hitting the ask - bid at .0007 sufficient to take .0009 > .0012 as we know how thin it is when the mass 1-tick flippers get taken out on the 1st ask
