We haven't really gotten any solid updates since prior to Covid....
I thought we were having a stock holders meeting like 3 years ago.....
Are there even 10 of us left?
Then it was delayed indefinitely due to Covid?
David made it seem like 4-5 years ago that he had a plan to right the ship, but I haven't seen progress. Sure, Ultraflix has more content, but that's not making "me/you" any money. It's not been advertised anywhere so David/company can't be making much either.... I want to know what's been done in regards to cleaning up the stock mess. What is still needed to make that happen? Or, will it never be possible? Because if that's the case, we should be told....
I presume there is a significant fine? I don't recall hearing how much that was.
I presume audited financials for several years are required.
I'm unsure if the past 4-5 years will work, or do they need the financials for the time things were mucked up.... If so, those aren't magically going to appear...
I presume registered board members are also a requirement.... We don't know of anyone who works for the company other than David... It's confusing why we're left in the dark about all of this....

What is the process?
Where are we at?
What is the time frame?
Or is it never happening?
