contract to distribute to 1/2 the world FoxEss products - ZERO sales and $0 revenue. NOT ONE battery or inverter shipped since June 9, 2022
5 granted patents - another 14 months later and they're still worthless having NO U.L. certs going on 4 years to date
Medrecycler technology - LMAO! on this one. Ask the ceo if he's enjoying owning 100% of Medrecycler personally since Jan 1 2023. Shareholders now own 0% of the former subsidiary after investing in the company because of Medrecycler's franchise model bullsh#t along with MedMaster mobile recycler trucks bullsh#t.
Bus shelters - Ri transit contract was terminated (a few months earlier) when someone wrote this August 2022 post and that same someone didn't know it...as did anyone else except for the ceo and his side kick board member.

several contractual agreement in process - yeah and their all terminated or have expired.
