People failed to hit the walked down ask at .0009 - which 1-tick flippers kept adding to - so manipulators whacked the bid duping the impatient to sell for a loss at .0008 - leading to 20M being bought at .0008.
Now 47M .0007 x 6M left on walked down ask at .0008.
