I guess I was naive but aren't there conflict-of-interest laws and policies? I remember when my mother worked for the gov't in Montgomery Cty MD she was *absolutely* clear about no factual *or apparent* conflicts of interest. This with Strayhorn and Murray is clearly *apparent* at the very least. Infuriating.
