Just to be clear, I'm not convinced a BO offer is on the table. It does make sense for reasons that were previously menioned on this board, but if it is, why are we also hearing recent comments about their search for a new CEO? I know it's all hearsay but still begs the question. Btw, I would prefer a partnership to a BO. I wouldn't be too concerned about a low price given the it will take the majority of share holders to agree to it.
