The problem for the would-be thieves is that we know what we have as well as they do and they don't seem to know how to get past us so that the lawyers don't get all the money of any contending parties and Leronlimab trials are delayed by years.
I believe we must have some good, strong language in Cytodyn's charter that no major moves against the shareholders can be made without our vote.
The possible legal battles that loom ahead of any moves to steal Leronlimab are what is keeping things in stasis right now - that is my belief.
Cytodyn against the BPs, the BPs against each other, Paulson in the mix, as well as the FDA and the shareholders (major and minor) with their shares all makes for a kind of Mexican Standoff until it isn't.
As I see it, illegal moves will be made against Cytodyn and the shareholders. Cytodyn has no money, shareholders have their votes yet the wolves are held at bay but circling.
What do we do?
Shareholders are always the ones big money tries to stiff.
