I meant "fair" in terms of treatment from the regu

I meant "fair" in terms of treatment from the regulatory body (FDA) that SHOULD BE "fair" in it's treatment of those under which it regulates as IT IS a governmental agency assigned to do just that. Oh wait, the FDA is now just a government agency, in name only, since BP now funds 75% of the FDA's budget. Gosh, that would appear to be a conflict of interest, wouldn't it?
