Eloro Resources (TSX.V: ELO) (OTCQX: ELRRF) (FSE: P2QM), an exploration and mine-development company with a portfolio of gold and base-metal properties in Bolivia, Peru and Quebec, is reporting on the voting held during its annual shareholder meeting. The meeting was held virtually on Oct. 30, 2023. According to the report, a total of 29,893,834 common shares representing 38.90% of the company`s issued and outstanding common shares were voted in connection with the meeting. The shareholders attending the meeting voted in favor of the six director nominees, including Thomas Larsen, Francis Sauve, Alexander Horvath, Dusan Berka, Richard Stone and Pablo Ordoñez; all nominees were approved with more than 92% voting in favor.
