Not really surprising- mr murphy has loomed large on penny boards since all kinds of programs illegal and quasilegal were invented by politicos beginning 2009 to attack penny stocks-I've written in detail re the unprecedented process many times
last time financials were posted-2014- petri plate business losses were ca 250k/quarter-officers etc were keeping things afloat by buying and holding stock
NNLX previously noted how covid hurt school etc participation in that
worst part often seems lack of communication - but many companies hope against hope for a turnaround until its too late
such things are not part of a PR(dreams and hopes) but a news story
so they are left still trying to work an angle off of the n assay(since replaced) etc unless they have moved the petri operation to another place -and i dont know how likely that would be given the required minimums for a lab
