If those words took place 10/21/23, then CA was "heads down" on that date and could be taken that it was not yet done. The other message sent indicated that it should be done by 10/18/23.
Is there a mistake somewhere?
Going from "heads down" to gaining new employment only 6 days later on 10/27 makes me wonder what is actually meant here by "heads down".
