You are voting for bankruptcy if you don't vote to increase the share count.
I voted NO on the board members, and against compensation. (Of course, the compensation vote is "advisory" which means that I'm merely sending a message about my displeasure)
I voted YES to increase share count, and YES to adjournment if they don't have enough people voting and need more time to solicit votes.
I'm certainly not going to vote against my own best interests, which is what the bashers and fake long posters want you to do.
