New work continuing at Santa Elena. Can't say who
Post# of 2057
There is newly disburbed earth showing where the two drill pad roads meet on that west slope of the mountain. One road is old - before 2007 based on historic imagery - that's the lower road at the base of the west face. Then when Argonaut performed a short drill program in Fall of 2015 a new higher road with half a dozen drill pads zig-zaged farther up the slope. Where those two roads meet is the area of somebody's new interest. Also it looks like that entire road had been gone over with a water truck last Thursday to control dust. The road changes character - it becomes darker and "redder" when watered. The effect lasts for about a day so watering is indicative of activity just prior to the satelllite pass. I saw that often on the Noche access road when Noche was in production. There is also a separate area of new excavation closer to the old ops area - new within the two weeks prior to Oct 26th.
Don't know who's there - doubt it's anything to do with the ever-broke Mexus or they'd be rushing to advertise it in this period where the stock went dark and trading became sporadic on the gray sheets.
