Short Summary - October 26.
A pivotal day for $SFLM with it becoming OTC Pink Current before the open and then in late trading the first update from the company confirming that the business plan was now cleared to proceed.
At the open gapped up at .0025 - with a .0024 bid from an .0022 ask at the close yesterday.
.0025s were taken rapidly and .0026 started.
Slightly too much was stacked at .0026 - 3.2M initially - which then caused some amateur low-level flippers to undercut the ask at .0025 which was bought out a number of times.
With too many people bid sitting, low-level flippers continued to undercut the ask at .0025 > .0022.
There was then a combination of a suspect stop loss raid + possibly amateurs who had not read my DD seeing the major update from from company but not understanding the SEC complaint against the old company which is a non-issue with the new company.
Bounced off a large bid of 12M at .0015 with asks at .0016 + .0017 and almost .0018 gone by the close.
I'll be doing a major Overview update this afternoon.
Overall, 134M was traded - the majority to ask buyers.
Once we get the .0030+ break, the serious traders of $SFLM - those with 25M > 50M+ shares - should be able to get momentum going and by continually outbidding stopping low level flip people from getting back in.
Traders need to note that every 1M sold at .0018 instead of .01 is throwing away $8.2K in profit and throwing away $18.2K at .02!
The share structure was updated on September 12 - again with no change.
There has now been no change to the Unrestricted O/S in 359 days - thereby showing that there has been no conversion of the shares owned by the CEO of Deep Power, Inc which - IMO - he will either keep to trade much higher once the $SFLM deals are done or $SFLM will buy the debt back before interest is due in June 2024.
Watch out for a significantly updated Overview coming out later today.
