For everyone who thinks the FDA is honest and treating CYDY fairly -- I was just listening to "Doctor Radio," Channel 110 on SiriusXM, and the vaccine researchers were discussing the various COVID vaccines available. They were just SOOOOO puzzled, could not figure out why the FDA had fast-tracked the mRNA vaccines and kept slowing down Novavax, which they said was (of course) a great, non-mRNA traditional-type vaccine.

Golly. I just can't imagine why the FDA was pushing the new-technology vaccines of giant multi-national corporations that offer lucrative jobs to former FDA employees after they leave, instead of approving the vaccine of a small U.S. company that would have taken the business of everyone who didn't want an mRNA vaccine.

Just for the record, I got the Novavax a week ago. It is available at CostCo and many CVS pharmacies. Call before you go to make sure the CVS you want to go to has it in stock.
CostCo was great.

Based on the clinical trials of the original Novavax vaccine (this updated one is aimed at the Omicron variants), it should last a year. The Novavax vaccine offered protection for at least 18 months in the original study. The mRNA vaccines have dramatically waning protection after the first 2 months.

I felt sick for 2 days after I got the Moderna. After the Novavax, I had a slightly sore arm for about 8 hours, and just a slight fatigue for a day. No big deal. I highly recommend it.
