UNVC: CORRECTION: Don't get fooled about the float:: FACTS In reference to Univec's float, the total which was up-dated 9/22/2023 Float 221,867,522 09/22/2023
Float last updated Float 221,867,522 07/20/2021 no change!!

This below is the true share count in the float, Dalton misleading shareholders as always!!!

I am not sure where you are seeing updated information but I have personally not updated anything nor have the ability to do so.
In regards to the public float, this would include the total number of outstanding unrestricted shares. If the shares that were moved into DTCC were already unrestricted on our records, then there would not be a change in the public float amount because they were already captured as unrestricted. Therefore, just making it a transfer into DTCC which again would not affect the overall outstanding balance or the Public Float available.
